Mission

The Palouse Youth Hockey Association (PYHA) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization which fosters national and international amateur sports competition, and is dedicated to the development, advancement, and enjoyment of youth hockey on the Palouse (roughly the region of southeastern Washington and north central Idaho).

PYHA, in partnership with USA Hockey and the Idaho Amateur Hockey Association (IAHA), aims to provide a safe, enjoyable, and challenging hockey experience to those who want to participate in our program.

It is the policy of this organization that there shall be no physical or sexual abuse of any PYHA participant. Additionally, PYHA does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, nor national origin.

HOCKEY PROGRAMS

PYHA offers three hockey programs: our traditional house hockey program (8U - 18U teams), a Learn to Play program, and a Girls Development program.
